Matthew Cardon- Principal

I am first and foremost a man of faith, grateful for God's guidance and the countless blessings He has provided throughout my life. My greatest accomplishment is my family. My wife, Crystal, and I have been together for 15 years, building a life centered on faith, commitment, and family values. Together, we are raising our son, Kaiven, and daughter, Hartley, who inspire me every day to be a better husband, father, and leader. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, whether that is golfing, fishing, camping, or simply enjoying God's creation and making lasting memories together.

Professionally, I am a results-driven land development and construction professional with more than 12 years of experience managing complex development projects, utility infrastructure, consultant and contractor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution. My background as a Community Development Manager, Land Development Manager, and Project Manager has allowed me to successfully lead projects from planning and entitlement through construction and final closeout. Growing up as a three-sport athlete, playing running back in football, basketball, and track year-round, I developed the discipline, work ethic, teamwork, and competitive drive that continue to serve me today. I bring strong leadership, clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering results while building lasting relationships and creating value for those I serve.
